Standard Web and Email Hosting

We have a range of "shared" hosting and support services to meet most needs.  Shared hosting means that your website is sitting on a server along with hundreds of other websites.  

The main advantage of shared hosting is that if there are problems, the hosting company is made aware of it extremely quickly because other customers will be affected.  This affectively means that there is an army of people looking after your website.

Shared servers do however carry restrictions.  Because you are sharing the server, the will be a "fair use" policy.  So for busier sites, a larger allocation of resources need to be purchased. Hence the three packages below.  For extremely busy (usually e-commerce) websites, you may need to consider dedicated hosting.  This is where you get the entire server to yourself. 

For the vast majority of our customers, the standard business hosting package is more than sufficient for their needs.  As your website grows in popularity, if you consistently exceeded the fair use allocation we would approach you and ask you to upgrade as and when necessary.

Standard Website/Email Hosting and support (£100+vat pa)

Our standard hosting package is designed to meet the needs of most businesses that require hosting for a typical brochure website.  Full support is provided during normal business working hours and an emergency out-of-hours web-based support system enables you to contact us if your website is down.  As part of the support we also ensure that all the latest security and system patches are applied to your website as they become available.

Premium Hosting and support (£250+vat pa)

Our premium hosting package is designed to meet the needs of busier websites.  The same level of support is given, however a larger allocation of bandwith, discspace and other resources are made available.  This package would suite a busier brochure site or shopping website.

"Online Business" Hosting and Support (£500+vat pa)

 This package is designed for extremely busy websites (usually online shops/directories etc.) where the website needs to support many thousands of visitors per day. The package would suit customers whose website is business is primarily run online.

Dedicated Hosting and support (from £100+vat - £500+vat per month)

Dedicated hosting is for customers that run multiple websites, where the websites are business critical and attract an extremely high visitor level.  24x7x365 access to hosting support is provided.  Dedicated servers ensure that websites run at optimum speed and without fear of other websites on the server affecting server load/speed.
